Shipping Policy
At Zero G Quail Farms, a proud veteran-owned Coturnix quail farm, we take pride in launching quality products and healthy birds with the same precision and care we give our model rockets. Live Animal & Egg Shipping Policy:
Due to regulations and our commitment to the welfare of our quail, we do not ship live birds or any eggs outside of the state of Colorado. Weather, travel conditions, and state-level restrictions can all impact the safe transport of live birds and hatching eggs. We believe every quail deserves a safe landing, not a risky flight.If you are located within Colorado, we are happy to arrange local delivery or meet-ups for live birds or eggs. Please contact us directly to schedule a delivery window that ensures the best care and timing for your order.
All Other Products:
For all non-living items — such as farm merchandise, arts and crafts, apparel, or model rocket-inspired goods — please allow 7–10 business days for processing and shipping. Each order is carefully packed and inspected by hand to ensure your items arrive safely and in top condition.

Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the quality and care that go into every bird, egg, and handcrafted item we produce. Our mission combines down-to-earth farming with sky-high standards. With this goal in mind we do have some restrictions.
Live Birds & Eggs:
For the safety, health, and welfare of our animals, we do not accept returns or exchanges on live birds or eggs of any type — including hatching, eating, or decorative eggs. Once these items leave our farm, we cannot guarantee the environment or handling they receive.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience an issue or have a concern, please contact us directly. We’ll work with you to find a fair and practical solution whenever possible.
Hatching Egg Policy:
Please note that hatching eggs do not carry a hatch rate guarantee.
While we ensure that all eggs are fresh, properly handled, and collected from healthy, productive stock, there are many variables during the incubation process — including temperature, humidity, handling, and equipment — that are beyond our control once the eggs leave the farm.
We will always strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase and service, but we cannot offer any guarantee on hatch success rates.
If you are concerned about hatch rates or are seeking a more predictable outcome, we offer a hatching program exclusively for members, where we manage the process from incubation through hatch to ensure healthy, thriving chicks.
Handcrafted Goods, Art, and Accessories:
Many of our non-living products — including art, handmade crafts, apparel, and accessories — are created individually, making each one unique. Because of this, we only offer exchanges or replacements for items that arrive damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can promptly review and process your exchange.
General Policy:
We do not issue cash refunds. Exchanges or replacements are limited to damaged items or as otherwise stated above. For any questions, or to submit a return or exchange request, please contact us directly. We stand by every product we offer and every customer we serve.
