Service Description
Our weekend delivery route covers locations from Florence, Colorado all the way to the Denver metro area, making it easier for local customers to receive Zero G products without traveling to the farm. To be included on the delivery schedule, bookings must be completed by Wednesday of each week and have an approved invoice in our system. Deliveries for this route are typically made on Sundays, unless the number of scheduled stops requires the route to be split across multiple days. This service allows us to maintain quality, consistency, and timing while supporting our Colorado-only customers with a smooth, reliable delivery option.
Cancellation Policy
All delivery bookings must be completed by Wednesday prior to the scheduled delivery weekend. Only orders with an approved invoice on file will be placed on the delivery route—no exceptions. This allows us to plan routes efficiently and ensure product quality for every customer. If a delivery is scheduled and the customer fails to arrive, cancels late, or cannot be reached at the agreed time, a $15 missed delivery fee will be applied to the order. This fee helps cover time, fuel, and scheduling impacts to other customers on the route. For deliveries that include live birds, availability and animal welfare are our top priorities. If a customer cannot be reached at the scheduled delivery time, the birds will be sold to the next person on the waiting list, and a 50% charge of the total order will be applied to the original customer. This policy ensures the birds are placed quickly and responsibly while keeping our delivery system fair and sustainable. By booking a delivery, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.
