Service Description
Quail Meat Processing — 1:1 Hands-On (2 hours) is a focused, start-to-finish butcher lab designed to build real confidence at the table and the cutting board. In this private session you’ll process six Coturnix quail side-by-side with an experienced instructor, covering humane dispatch, chilling, food-safe handling, and simple cuts and packaging—so your birds go from pen to pan with skill and care. We can bring the class to you with a portable setup or host it at a scheduled location in Colorado. You may supply the birds or arrange for ours. We provide the tools, PPE, sanitizer, disposable bags, and labels, plus clear step-by-step guidance tuned to your pace and goals. You’ll leave with properly processed quail, packaging options that fit your kitchen, a quick-reference safety sheet, and workflow tips to repeat the process cleanly at home. Ages 18+, closed-toe shoes are required. We operate under strict biosecurity and food-safety protocols; please verify and follow all local laws, HOA rules, and property restrictions for on-site instruction. Ready to book?
