Coturnix Quail Chicks

Coturnix Quail Chicks (0–3 Weeks Old) — Standard, Jumbo & Celadon Options

Looking to start young without running the incubator yourself? Our Coturnix quail chicks are 0–3 weeks old, active, fast-growing, and ready for a properly prepared brooder setup. This is a great option for customers who want to build a covey from the early stages while skipping the hatch process.

We offer Coturnix chicks in multiple options when available, including:

  • Standard Coturnix chicks
  • Jumbo Coturnix chicks
  • Celadon chicks
  • Standard and jumbo Celadon varieties

Assorted colors and patterns

Chicks may be available in assorted colors and sizes depending on our current hatch schedule, breeder rotation, and grow-out groups. Celadon chicks come from blue/green egg layer lines and may be available in both standard and jumbo varieties when listed.

Availability Note

Please use the product dropdown menu to view current availability. If the dropdown menu does not display the size, variety, or option you are looking for, that option is currently out of stock. Availability changes based on hatch timing, breeder rotation, grow-out space, and demand.

What You’re Getting

  • Live Coturnix quail chicks, 0–3 weeks old
  • Selected option based on dropdown availability
  • Standard, jumbo, and Celadon options when in stock
  • Assorted colors and patterns unless a specific option is listed

Sexing Expectations

  • Chicks are not sexed at this age. Sex cannot be reliably determined on young chicks, and feather-sexable traits may not be visible until they are older.
  • Unless a specific sexed option is listed in the dropdown menu, sex is not guaranteed.

What to Expect

  • No color guarantees. Chicks are selected by the option purchased, not by exact feather color or pattern.
  • At this age, chicks are still developing quickly. Feather color, pattern, size, and body shape may change as they grow.

Before Pickup or Delivery

Please make sure your brooder is fully set up before your chicks arrive. Chicks need steady heat, clean bedding, fresh water, proper feed, safe footing, and protection from drafts, stress, and overcrowding.

Coturnix chicks grow fast, so have a plan ready for transitioning them from brooder space into grow-out or adult housing as they mature.
